Appearance
Lucien is a 6 foot tall slender but toned. He has golden colored eyes with slit pupils and a tattoo on his chest (XIII).
Black hair. His clothing is a black trench coat. Purple or maroon shirt with a nice pair of black slacks and shoes.

Personality
Has a good sense of humor. But he hates the light guilds for what they did to his family. He works out when he is frustrated to vent. But if he is unable to he gets a little frustrated and destructive. Lucien is a very proper and noble like young man and will remain so until he is prompted other wise. He will never turn down a fight he loves to prove he's on top and he doesn't care how he gets there but he will get there.
Skills and Abilities
- WIND MAGIC:
Levitate: This spell allows him to slow his fall,hover, or Fly for short periods of time. Duration up to 5 minutes depending on Magic Energy used and time spent to cast.
Range: self or other
ME Cost: low - Moderate
Duration: 5 minutes
Wind cutter: condensed air formed into deadly cutting force. This attack can be ranged or melee as. It forms how he sweeps his arm.
Range: melee- Mid
ME: low
Defusal blast: this is a defensive spell meant to defuse attacks with a large blast of wind. Example a large fire ball fly's at caster the caster responds.The attack is spread out and blown back. Doesn't work on finer attacks such as beams, bullets,or melee attacks.
Range: Mid-long
ME Cost: Moderate
Cage of wind: This spell requires a little bit of time to cast but when done it can form a barrier of gale for winds around target area. Once trapped inside there is little chance to leave. As touching the barrier winds would blow you back or throw you up in the air after attempting to rip off your hand. Most spells launched at the barrier will dissipate into it. Unless it is a penetrating spell or just flat out over powering to the current magic energy provided.
Range: Selected area time to cast depends on the size of the area
ME:Low- Taxing
GUST ARMOR: the caster can surround him self with a light breeze that can help carry himself, his attacks, or quieten his movements. It provides a moderate movement bonus and to hit bonus.
Range: Self
ME Cost: Moderate plus low maintain
- Sky God Slayer Magic:
Dance Of the restless sky: The caster drops into a stance crouched with one palm up behind him and one palm down in front of him. Once the spell starts wind starts to twirl the caster till he becomes the center of a tornado. This tornado pulls opponents to it as the outer part of tornado is ringed with compressed air blades to shred them. While in the mode the caster can expend more magic energy to launch off air blades but hitting a single target will prove difficult but great for clearing groups. Fall back is this is a rather draining spell and tends to leave the caster dizzy.
Range: Close- Mid
ME: High. Low for air blades
Sky God Boreas: The caster gathers black razor wind in his hand then throws it at the target. The targeted area is then blasted with a whirlwind of razor sharp winds.
Range: Mid
ME: Moderate
Augment Gust armor: This spell adds a additional boost to the Gust Armor. It surrounds the caster in razor winds while also increasing speed and melee damage due to the razor winds. But this boost removes the stealth function of the armor as you sound like a vacuum cleaner now.
Range: Self augment
ME:Moderate with moderate maintain
Sky Gods Bliss: This is a healing spell that heals external damage in a short period of time the deeper the cut the long and more magic energy it will take to heal. Things like scraps and bruising heals instantly.
Range:Self or other
ME: Moderate- Taxing
Celeritate: Support spell that doubles current speed and reaction time of target lasts 5 minutes.
(Example D-ranks Buffed with Celeritate will have the speed equal to a C-rank or if with a buff of lightning form it would be equal to a B-rank)
Range: Self or Other
ME: Moderate
Arma: A support spell that ups Magic power and strength by one category. Lasts for 5 minutes.
(Example D-rank receives arma buff and Magic Power and Strength will be equivalent to a C-rank)

Deus Virtute: Support spell that boost fortitude and stamina. Allowing you to take a few extra hits and still be standing also boosting stamina so one can have a bit more energy for spells or longer journeys.

History
Lucien the name his mother gave him a word for light and kindness, But his father tainted that name by giving him the name Valeheart. A heart consumed by vile and hatred. The kids life was cushy for the most part big house lots of food maids to do the cleaning and taking care of Lucien when his family wasn't around. Unfortunately that was going to change. One day the grounds of his house was breached by three unknown wizards. They quickly made for his front door when the maids hid him away in the closet. Fighting then erupted all over the house, eventually Lucien was found in the closet. He ran before the wizard who found him could stop him. He then runs into his fathers study where two wizards stood one with a staff another who hand blazed with a green light pointed at his father. Luciens mother fell into the room with a scream freaking out the wizard with the staff who then pointed her staff and shot lightning at the mother. Lucien rushed to stop the other guy from shooting and tackled the guy to the ground who spell shot to the ceiling. which suddenly shattered and dropping large stone chunks on the party. The two wizards managed to scrabble out of the building grabbing Lucien on the way out before they all got crushed. As the wizards tried to explain them self's he let there words just brush by him and get drowned out by his sniffles from crying. A shadow crossed over his face as they tried to pass it off as not being their fault. The wizards took Lucien with them promising to take care of him, but he wasn't having any of it as they started passing through the forest he jumped off the wagon and bolted into the Brush. They tried to follow but the foliage was to thick. As he ran he lost track of time it started getting dark. was the sun going down or was the trees getting thicker? He didn't know he couldn't see then everything when black as he tripped and fell into a ravine. He later woke up to find a women who radiated beauty insnared in the roots of a tree bleeding black ichor." Come close child and listen to my wisdom." Lucien found him self drawn to her side ash she whispered what appeared to be nonsense and then he passed out. He awoke to the sounds of birds and the sound of hooves claping the pavement. And thus his story begins.

Explain a little more about this please. Also you haven't posted your picture yet. And finally I've updated the template with a newer rank in the guild. Check it out as well and once you've editted, please bump this thread, I'll approve it.

Just a note, this spell wouldn't work on spells that are stronger. Other than that, all seems to be fine.
