How to conduct the exams?

Post by Itazuki on February 5th 2016, 12:01 am

Well hello our guild masters. You can conduct exams so that your mages within your guild can become of their required power and actual ranks. However before you do it out of the blue, we'd like you to see a few laid out rules and regulations with tips on how to make things better:

  • You can conduct only ONE session per month; if two are conducted before a month proceeds, all the exams will be voided.
  • At least 2 mages must participate in order for you to conduct an exam session.
  • Exams that provide amazing pictures and detailed information tend to be the best.
  • You can ask a fellow RPO to watch over the exam and negotiate with them the points that should be given to the participants. The maximum of points allowed for the mages are 8 and the minimum are 1.
  • The exams can be conducted without any points awarded to anyone; these are no created for points but rather for progression.
  • Create a topic as the subject "S-ranked Exam - The wonders of the world [YOUR GUILD'S NAME]".
  • Once created provide the information you must and then role-play in that same very thread by placing the role-play order and telling your participants to role-play in it so that you can avoid any confusions.
  • Be good with them!

These maybe changed, replaced or removed at any given time.
